This is the TDC flange with Reinforce corrugation or beading. Our Duct TDC flange Roll-forming machine was specially designed to manufacture HVAC Duct flanges, the size can be 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 50mm, or other flange size for medium and large producers of square HVAC duct. Our Roll-forming machine VS5 consists of following parts. The certain width Sheet metal coil is loaded on vertical de-coiler, then enters through entrance, straightening part, then cut to length by round saw style cutter, The whole roll forming line can also be equipped with glue-water injection of sealing mastic directly during the forming process.
